When i called to cancel my Hawaiian cards, they rep told me i would lose my miles. I did HUCA and another agent told me the same thing...hence why i was confused and wanted to see if anyone actually had any experience with this

Maybe they were referring to pending miles from spend or an annual bonus or something, otherwise it's a classic case of DROPR.
