What are ETUV's from USairways worth?

I wrote to US AIRWAYS complaining and they sent me a bunch of  Electronic Travel Us Vouchers (E-TUV).
I quote: " Your E-TUV is valid toward the purchase of travel on US Airways. Please be advised the E-TUV is fully transferable"
Are these worth anything? and can they be sold?

I am trying to book a flight using US airways credit. The E-TUV only says it cannot be sold to a travel agent but does not say anything about not using it for someone else, which I am trying to do. Airline rep is not allowing me to do so. Any hope with a HUCA?
