Congratulations on our first post on DDF!
Interesting choice. Flexible in which areas?
I like having different templates for different types of information. Since we were really 1password fans for years, we had a lot of non password data in it, many different types of data. I have close to 4,000 records in Enpass. Enpass supports all those data types also, and imported all our data. I use ubuntu desktop, so, had to run on Linux but also automatically update multiple IOS clients (and vice versa). I also wanted to be able to be remote, without WiFi or cell even, and still have the data, be able to change it, and then just have it happen when I get back to civilization. We travel a lot to places with little if any cell coverage. I didn't want paid, but, keypass et al didn't meet our list of requirements, don't recall what the other free ones were missing off hand (been too long). We do also self host on Nextcloud, so, wanted it to be able to use that as well from Linux and IOS. I don't like cloud providers for various reasons (other than me). I like categories and tags as well. Many of these were available on other software, but, there was just always something missing.
