I have some Hertz Premium Class FREE Day Car Rental Certificates. I wanted to use them for a rental, but I am 24. Can I use these certificates combined with my USAA account?

This Hertz certificate entitles the bearer to one day's daily rental charges free. An advance reservation is needed.
- No name attached
- No minimal rental period requirement
- Unlimited mileage
- Up to 7 of these coupons per rental (up to 7 consecutive days free)
- US - Up to Premium car (save $50-$100 per day depends on location, good in NYC & Hawaii as well)
- Africa/Asia/Australia/Brazil/Caribbean/Europe/Latin America/Mexico/Middle East/New Zealand/Puerto Rico/Virgin Islands - up to Full size
- Depending on location, you may book other classes, however, you might have to pay for the price difference between class of your choosing and the premium / full size car
- No one way rental
- Must fit your regular Hertz renter's requirements
- Cannot be combined with other coupons, promotions or special offers
- Renter pays only tax fees
