I just used it a couple of times last week and figured one can get about 3.5-4.5 miles per $ on Amazon GC purchases. 2.5 miles per $ from MPX if you have a Chase United CC, + between 1 and 2 miles/points depending on card used for payment.

Value has just been slashed. I wonder if Amazon cut everyone? Can Dan or anyone else getting a commission on Amazon links chime in to let us know if Amazon cut compensation across the board, or is this only an MPX phenomenon.

Any point showing dissatisfaction to MPX?

The nice thing about MPX is that miles post almost instantly.

United MileagePlus X (MPX) have added Walmart as an option, when you use the app you’ll receive 0.5x United miles per $1 spent. HT: DoC.

Do purchases via United's eGiftcard portal (claims to be "powered by MileagePlus X") act in the same as those done in the app?  I'm referring to CC processing and the possibility of receiving bonus points via certain cards (hope this reference was clear).

I perchased a Best Buy GC and it went through, then I tried doing it again and it didn’t work
Keeps on saying ‘transaction Denied’ any idea why? (It’s definitely NOT my cc)

I can't do any purchases for the last couple month (error message). I sent them numerous emails, got no response. Is it still working for everybody?
