Looking for Pure Vanilla at a good price
« on: February 22, 2017, 12:27:18 PM »
The price of Vanilla has shot up. I managed to snag a few decently priced bottles from Boxed.com but they're sold out there now. If anyone knows of any site selling at a good price please let me know.

The same bottle of 16oz vanilla at Costco I was paying around $11 for went up to $23.

Do you have a Trader Joe's nearby? They have the best vanilla... Dunno pricing offhand.

Yeah on par with pricing all around. Feels like I snagged the last few priced at old pricing.  Should have ordered more.

I don't like using artificial. For health and for taste. Though I've tasted some artificial ones that weren't terrible.

Most 'Good' artificial ones should taste fine. But I've had some bad ones. You tasted the difference.

Went to Stop and Shop last night but McCormack was not on sale.

Picked up a 2 oz bottle of Badia Pure Vanilla Extract (OU) for $4.00 and asked the AC if she could taste the difference.

Was Just listening on the radio this week about the vanilla crops dying down, any truth to that?
