Muni Meter Ticket Needed

Does anyone have a NY Muni Meter Ticket for 2:35pm today?

My wife got a ticket during a 3 min gap between her two tickets!!!

Just FYI I believe you have a 5 minute grace period so if there were only a 3 minute gap you could provide both tickets as proof.

Interesting site. Mr. Bloomberg vetoed that bill 8 years ago. Unclear if it ever became law after that though it does seem like it did...

I'm interested to know what our local councilpeople are spending their time on now. Cool stuff.

  Hi,does anyone have a ticket for this past  Friday march 3rd at 330 pm pls??  I can come pick it up! also the meters where broken on each side of street for cc that's why didn't pay

Using such an excuse can sometimes work.. but it's like fighting with a brick wall. So best bet would be a real ticket or picture!

Mail the ticket and the muni meter receipt.  No additional explanation is needed.  The ticket will be dismissed.
A mini meter receipt paid for up to 5 minutes after the ticket is issued is good.
If your ticket is more than 5 minutes old, look around/ wait around for someone going into their car and ask them for their receipt - if it covers the time of  your ticket.
