TLV-NYC Mileage Help

Hi,
This is my first post on DD forums! I was hoping someone can help me. I am trying to go with my wife to Israel from  the NY area airports on 10/9 coming home on 10/23 with continental miles in business class with only one stop. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forums. Do you only have CO miles? How many?

You do realize that's high time for succos and very unlikely to find good availability.
There is obviously nothing available direct. From JFK, seems like your only option is the 10th JFK-LHR-FRA-TLV.
Out of Newark you can go the 10th in 1st JFK-FRA-TLV with a long stopover (available on the 9th in economy.
Return looks about the same.
Good luck-search on continental.com and aeroplan.com.

How many Amex do you have? If there's CO availability you might want to consider transferring to ANA as the CO tickets are a bit cheaper there.

I have a combined total of around 215K MR points. I will take anything i can get.

Any other accounts besides CO and MR? (maybe you can use the MR to top-off a different account, e.g. one with 50k).

100K AA points, but MR won't transfer to AA.

Maybe if there's AA availability you can book one on AA and another with your MR transferred to an AA partner.
