It is a reasonable thing to be careful from. Remember the russian creditcards-dot-com hacker who stole the data and blackmailed them for extortion ransom money? It was a real cool case of american brains vs. russian brains to get the guy. (The russians wouldn't extradite) See http://www.justice.gov/criminal/cybercrime/gorshkovconvict.htm but it is missing some of the drama.

Personally I like Yodlee, the interface isn't as nice (I use the legacy version, which is even less glitzy), but it's really quick and does the job great. It also offers one-click logging-in (for sites that have no security questions). It also doesn't have any ads (AFAICR, if it does they are so unobtrusive that I never noticed).

Mint has a prettier interface, and mines your data to target financial offers tailored to you. I've seen many reports that Mint uses Yodlee API for storing (financial accounts') password information, so this is likely to still be the case.
I just signed up for yodlee and it is returning error messges for chase and citi!?!

Anyone know why this happens?

PS The auto-login feature is still there its under manage accounts

I use KeePassX for osx, and ikeepass for iphone.

I use DropBox to keep the password database in sync.

100% free, easy to use, works great - been doing it this way for years.

I used splash id until now, recently switched to msecure very very nice and stable.
I would never ever store all this in one place it on any cloud service, not even to sync with dropbox, last thing I need is some hacker to hack into dropbox servers and expose my info just for fun like they did with the Apple Id's just recently.
Anonymous group can get anywhere, yes even the big smart Israeli defense system got to know their capabilities recently.

Anyhow back on topic, msecure and slash id both have android iPhone and desktop apps, I sync only on same network, so I have it on my desktop in case I loose my phone, and its not exposed to the cloud.

Any expert will advise you the same, do not post host etc anything on the cloud, not even on gmail.
