Somebody mentioned that Amex Serve can be used to spend money with no fees. Please provide details. My cursory look indicates that loading money into serve from a credit card will cost money both in terms of a fee by the CC and a 2.9% charge from serve.

Also mentioned for using CC's was Amazon payments and Pay Pal. Please provide details, links, etc.

Anytime you spend on cash equivalents Amex will give you a hard time.
