i sent them a sm and they told me these points posted to my account in feb.
the points i got in feb were a part of the promotion for signing up (they gave me 10 and then thru a sm they gave me the complete 25)

did anyone get the 10,000 points besides the bonus for opening and fulfilling the spending requirements?

I got the same letter from AMEX about the additional 10k MR I should have received. In fact the card they indicated on the letter has been closed for 3 months. I will wait and see if those points actually post.
