We went a few years ago and had a nice time. The organizers are a family from Monsey, who hosted the minyan in their villa and brought a Sefer Torah. I'm sure the crowd varies by year and will grow over time, but in general, it was a mix of Monsey, 5T, Flatbush, NJ (not Lakewood) - not particularly yeshivish, no chassidim or Chabad the year we went. Last year obviously nobody went, but 2 years ago I believe there were multiple minyanim. The davening was a little fast for my taste, but totally fine.
If you're going, find out where it will be and make sure to rent nearby to make sure your YT walk isn't too long. People are definitely friendly and have a WA group for info, but other than during davening, we were on our own to rent and kasher and eat in our own place and do our own thing on Chol Hamoed, so for us it was perfect, but if you're looking for a tight-knit program, this may not be it.
