eta; seems you get this 300 offer to use on samsung.com after you make the purchase. really need it before i make the purchase should i want to order 3 phones!

Its a great promo but the first phone is the killer to buy! discount the total not the next purchase!
 unless i can find someone to buy off the promo ?

Maybe to avoid the return possibility!
I buy the phone and now get the e-cert. And buy another phone using the e-certificate and return the original!
But for $376 is still a decent price!

Doesn't look like I would be able to purchase 3 phones at this price with it taking 2 months to get the certificate!
