I opened new individual acct, did transfer  from Ibera to new BA

now need to get them into my household acct

Need to call to combine , I tried to do on line

All I could say it's a pain to be able to transfer back and forth, I've tried many times never had luck!
 And interesting details on frequentmiler, I wish you my best luck. Hope it works!
 Doubt you were able to use your same email address again?

had to set up new e/m address--if i get them moved from individual acct to my house hold will advise

now that the points are in a "ba" acct -just may wait till need them and can transfer MR pts if I need some adt'l miles for a ticket  -easier than staying on phone with BA for hours

Probably easier to combine avios between 2 accounts then transfer between ba and IB.
 (I do know ba is against having 2 accounts, so when combining they might tell you you need to have an household accnt to do that.)
