Dying for that option.
That's why I love Google chat or Sms with gv, so I can move freely from a cell phone conversation to a computer and vica versa.

Download Bluestacks. Here's a tutorial: http://www.techempty.com/install-whatsapp-on-pc/

That site confuses me. Is it downloading software or playing a movie.

IIRC that's not possible, at least not seamlessly.

I tested it a few months ago, even to just have 2 iDevices (iPhone + iPad) logged in to whatsapp so I could reply from my iPad instead of my iPhone and it wouldn't allow. It basically wanted me to give priority to one of the devices, and it would log the other one out.

I was able to get it running on the second device, using a different phone number, but that's obviously not what you're looking for.

Just delete the app and re-download, you'll get a few month extension. (if it's worth your hassle) all your conversations will be saved
tried that dont think it worked (not my phone) thanks e/o

There are some options available if you're just looking for the convenience of texting from your computer (not specifically whatsapp).
Basically you get to do all your texting from an online interface, instead of picking up your actual phone and using the little buttons.
Both the computer and phone need to be on the same network in order for it to work.

I've been using Remote Messages on my iPhone 5 and laptop/desktop for months and love it. Unfortunately I haven't yet found a workaround for non-jailbroken iPhones.

Whatsapp is not available on the Apple app store for iPod or iPad. Here is a workaround to download and get it set up.

on airdroid I don't think the phone needs to be on the same network. I recently used it and the phone is on cell signal and computer is not... Iirc
