Can anyone offer opinions on these 3 drives?

Amazon.com: Western Digital RE4-GP WD2003FYPS 2TB 7200RPM 64MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" (Enterprise Grade) Internal Hard Drive - w/ 1 Year Warranty: Computers & Accessories

Western Digital 2TB 7200RPM 64MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" (Heavy Duty) Internal Hard Drive - For PC/Mac/NAS/CCTV DVR-Newegg.com

WD Mainstream 3TB SATA 6.0 Desktop 3.5-Inch Internal Hard Drive (WDBH2D0030HNC) | StaplesŪ

The 3rd (from Staples) doesn't mention if it's 7200 or 5400 RPM, anyone know how to find out?

TIA
First and 2nd seem to be the - or at least almost the - same thing.

The 3rd uses IntelliPower as it's speed system, and therfore it wouldn't 5400 and neiter 7200. I think that it is supposedly a bit better then 7200.

Cool! So do you recommend #3?

I don't have enough knowledge about hard drive specs and models to give an educated recommendation, so take my words with some salt....

But...given that the 3rd is a TB bigger, 2-year warranty vs. only one for the 1st and 2nd, the model is newer, and the IntelliPower as a bonus, I would say the decision is obvious.

Thanks! The funny thing is that when googling, I see mentioned more than once that IntelliPower drives will be closer to 5400rpm. Not sure I fully understand it. But the warranty does sound enticing :) I think I'm going to go with it.

What are you using it for though?
Its sad to see HDDs hadn't fallen in price much for the past two years.
