Please excuse my ignorance...but how exactly does this three browser method thing work? I have a C.C I am interested in. It has a great incentive. So...suppose I want three cards, I will order three times from IE, FF and Crome? The benefit being that only one credit is pulled. Why is that? Do I need to do it simultaneously? How much apart can the three apps be? 5 min?
Also, I am assuming that the whole reason is to prevent too many apps being pulled (somehow it prevents that). But your ability to get approved for all three cards is the same regardless of whether you use three browsers or one. I could just as easily apply three times for the same card using just IE, and the only reason I would use three different browsers is because of the credit check. Is that correct? Are there any other reasons to apply a number of times using different browsers as opposed to one browser?
Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
