Need 5,000 Continental Miles for a Trip

Does anybody know if Chase will lend me 5,000 Continental Miles, (Like American Express has that you could borrow up to 15,000 miles and Have one Year to pay them back)?

Or any other options to get 5000 miles in the next 2 weeks before they raise there mileage levels

Clarification. AFAIK Chase Sapphire Premier doesn't advance points.

See, this is what happens when people don't quote, I thought the OP (in response to you) was asking if Chase transfers to CO, when really he was asking if Chase advances points).  He didn't quote, so I misunderstood what he was talking about.
