Looks like they are right!
If you check the April 2018 calendar, they introduce a second dreamliner route to EWR, leaving Israel at 13:50, and returning from EWR at 21:00

And the 787 flies faster.... LY 27 went from 1230A/600A to 110A/605A. Had that when LOT was forced to change from a 787 back to the 767 (when the 787s were grounded) and we had to revalited many tickets as they had to leave a half hour earlier

Why did they move LY28 on Thurs (from Oct and on) to 7pm? You will be arriving on the short Fridays at 1230pm.

Thursday EWR - TLV will be moved from 2:15pm to 7:15pm (that leaves UA 84 as the only normal nonstop for Thursday in the winter). Hopefully they'll change that quickly.

They posted this on the website, regarding the Dreamliner flights to London during the September-October period:

"As of September 2017, EL AL Dreamliner aircraft will operate to European destinations. During this period, seating in Premium Economy will be offered with Economy Class service. The price for the seat is $200 or 600 points per direction​.​
Premium members from Gold tier and higher, and those with S, M or Y Class tickets are entitled to Premium Economy seating at no cost"

At the bottom of that article, was a link to an article about LH operating a new A350 on MUC-TLV during August and September, I find the video there quite interesting. From both videos (LY and LH) it seems like aircraft tails are painted prior to final assembly.

The tail part is always delivered to the assembly factory painted. Same for Airbus and Boeing. Forgot the reason to it
