Not even close, they're super expensive on meat and chicken. (GG, evergreen and seasons already undercut their prices on that, it has to do with "kashrus"). As far as Groceries, they're not the cheapest place to shop...

All grocery stores in Lakewood are significantly more expensive than some of the big cheaper ones in BP.

Actually Npgs only sells American beef unlike the other stores that sell south American stuff... That being said there's nothing like the Npgs flanken ends in the cholent no other store sells flanken ends as good as Npgs (I've tasted from other stores not as fatty and taste like a barn)  and it's priced well too..

That definitely adds to the price etc but the reason for them carrying that itself comes from a kashrus standpoint nothing to do with quality or any other pros and cons...
I'll have to taste the flanken... Is it priced well in general or relative to their prices?

$5.79/lb this week at Jetro bulk price (less than a case is usually .40-.50 more).
How many pounds is a bulk case?

How many pounds is a bulk case?
Anywhere between 20 and 40, depending on what supplier they get on any given day. It's usually anywhere between 7 and 12 sides per case. The lower count being for larger fish (4-5 lbs per side) and the higher count for smaller fish (3-4 lbs per side). And while the labels on each case often have the count in addition to the total weight, I have found the count on the label to be wrong many times (especially with larger fish).

I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!
