If it was that predictable, all Israelis would change their money to dollars now, and switch back later.
I know people that did. But obviously it's not a set thing, it's a gamble.

In 2010, and 2012, it actually dropped significantly at summer's end.

I'm referring to the every 3 year cycle. That would be 2017, 2014, 2011, 2008

I'm referring to the every 3 year cycle. That would be 2017, 2014, 2011, 2008
The summer tourism explanation for the yearly trend does make a lot of sense.  The 3 year cycle does not have a rational  explanation to assume such a trend will continue.
