newie needs help deciding on cc

Hi, I am new in the CC world so any advice would be very much appreciated,
I opened my first card 6 month ago a discover it secured CC and my fico score by now is 780, I would like to go on to the next stage by getting a real CC needs to bee with a no foreign exchange fee as I am currently in Israel and preferably a reward card that could be used towards flying upgrades (I usually fly TLV LON or TLV NYC and vice versa) and at the same time continue building my score, any ideas where to head? will just 6 month of credit activity get me anywhere? does it maybe pay to wait another few month?

How is it that they have direct Chase Reserve links but someone like DansDeals has to go through a middle man?
