From a Jewish Biblical standpoint, there's technically no such thing as cheating on your wife, as polygamy is biblically permitted.

There is a separate prohibition not to be a promiscuous woman (לא תהיה קדשה), which is among the sources why one is prohibited to live with a woman he is not married too.

So unless you want a very young single girl, every single girl is included and forbidden.

I highly doubt that nidah is included in those prohibitions.
