$699 Taubus Couch

Taubus furniture in Brooklyn is selling a fully leather couch for $699. They told me they are selling it for 3 years already and people are very happy. I am hesitant to buy a couch out of a magazine and would love to hear feedback from anybody who purchased it in the past.
Is it fully leather? Not bonded leather, pu leather, new age leather, etc.
Is it comfortable?
Is it built well?

You should be hesitant... A $699 couch cannot be fully leather... Don't expect it to last long. Do not buy an Ashley Durablend Sofa, those peel...

We have been very happy with every piece of furniture we bought at Taubus. Multiple high risers, kitchen table and our leather couches (which were in excellent condition for the first 14 years and only started to show wear and tear after multiple children have been jumping on them).

They did tell us a few years ago that our manufacturer is out of business (Rodi) but there new manufacturer is almost as good. I have no trouble listening to their suggestions.
