IINM enterprise and budget doesn't really have real status levels

Just call up the Avis preferred dept and they will walk u thru the process. Enterprise has a form u fill out specially for status matching on their site.

I recently did from Avis to Hertz and National.

Hertz you need to email,
Hertzstatusmatch@hertz.com

National you can do online, although currently it seems their site is down for repairs,
