the email says that they will begin charging once they are able to take bank payments...which is "coming soon."
I just processed another payment today with no charge.
I did get this about trying to make two rent payments:
We've recently noticed some suspicious activity on your account. It appears that have made, or scheduled, several "rent" payments over the course of a few weeks. Obviously rent is normally due on the 1st, though we know this can vary, but it does seem odd that you've scheduled multiple payments.
While credit card payments are free we flag payments that are out of the norm. Can you please provide some additional information on your transactions? We will be happy to process your transaction once we receive some clarification from you.
