Only if the factory is on a Delta flight, where they don't let the passengers go to the restroom, there's a חשש that they might relieve themselves into the bottles. But then a mashgiach would be needed on each and every row, and probably one on each side of the aisle.

While the incidents are blown out of proportion, the silver lining of this (and the Delta operational meltdown of a few weeks ago) is that we might get some better protection from a highly concentrated industry that sells contract that guarantee nothing.
