I am no pro here but I saw a couple of options in the forums:

1. Mint coins:
A. Bring to bank
B. Bring to post office and create money order
C. use them

2. Gift cards:
A. Use them
B. Cancel them and receive a check
C. Waite for the expiration and receive a check
D. sell them for less

3. Amazon payment:
?

4. Pay pal:
?

5. ask a friend to charge it and pay the difference:
I assume this will work best (or only) with Tzdakah institutions  - business will need to pay tax.

6. Bed Bath and beyond (and the like)
buy from stores that let you return for cash.

Help us out and post what I missed!
P.S. a quick summary of the pro's and cons would be great!
Thank you, all!

Should of deferred to an attorney or CPA (anyone out there) if you set it up as a loan could be its legal, not sure if your really doing something else then its probably illegal.

Also a store should be 100% legal and there wouldn't be taxes since its all expensed. But again I will leave that to those that know

Keep in mind that it is not money laundering. You are not cleaning your money from taxes. Your moving the banks money while giving them 2,3,4, percent for it - that's it.
It's just that with a Tzdakah institution I think it's simpler, as they will not be hit with an income tax.

But back on topic, how about this for an idea:

We can network right here in the DDF! - He who needs to spend money will be paid by he who needs to meet a threshold.

I - for one - will pay 60 Dollars for someone who can spend 2500 on my chase BA

that might be against ddf rules check it out with the pro's

also, this wont be racking up big bills, but u can get gift cards from your local stores.

this is great when theyre offering 4x points for purchasing gift cards.

the points arent worth much but ur getting something additional besides meeting spending requirements

but a general q' about gift cards - what r u buying with that amount of money ($1000 or more) dont u want the protection that the credit cards offer? what about returning something?

Wouldn't I just have to pay you $950? Visa/MC or Amex?
