Very good for an LCC, their Premium is a very very nice econ+. Their scheduling ex-JFK has improved a lot IME. Which route are you considering?

Keep in mind their base fare (lowfare) doesn't include luggage, seat selection, or food/drinks.

KSML cost you $5 and ex-JFK isn't worth it IME (Borenstein junk).

Considering JFK-LGW. But probably won't do it. I don't want to fly trans-Atlantic in economy if I can avoid it.

If you'd fly econ+, it isn't half bad. It's a wide comfortable seat with pretty good recline and legroom for econ+.
