why dont we start a major campaign of complains concerning the way MR are being attributed. It might have the merit of catching some policy makers's eyes and bring upon some real change.
1) we have to wait 2 billing cycles to see them posted? as far as i know UR posts even before payment!
2) this whole rebate story is impossible it killed the enticement of having the card
3) they should be told clearly that they are using methods of attribution relevant of the 60's where computers were updated manually and therefore the length of time.
they should make them pending payment to the most. their system of forfeited points is really not up to the image they are trying to build for themselves. its been deception after deception. i have 2 BP, 2GB 1PRG 2Blue and i still feel they are all fare behind ANY Chase even CS wise. i dont know what happened i am their customer since 95 but they did not improve at all to say the least!
