Amex waiting 6-10 weeks to issue 50% rebate on Business Platinum bookings!

Just got 35% back on a flight from a month ago. Chatted with CSR and they advised this is a known issue and the remaining 15% would automatically hit my account in a few more weeks.

The remaining 15% posted 3 days later, seems like they have sorted things out better.

Did anyone know that tickets booked through Amex travel on a Friday can be cancelled without charge until Monday night? I had to cancel a booking I made a Friday and figured I'll try to call to see if they have the same policy as Priceline and they do.

Been almost 6 weeks and still no rebate. I changed my airline of choice on the phone just before booking the ticket.
Am I going to have to fight for this?
Is there any point calling now, or will they tell me to wait till 10 weeks and if nothing changes to call back?

Just adding another datapoint but 35% of the points posted for me ~31 days after the purchase. Expecting the other 15% in the next week or so.

Previously when I changed my airline choice (through chat), a rep told me it takes up to 24 hours for the airline choice to be changed. Can't say that's the definitive rule though since chat reps aren't always the most knowledgeable.  Did you receive an email before you booked the ticket confirming the change?
