I know there's an Indian restaurant people rave about there.
Sooo is this still around? Anyone know the name of it?

Texas Kosher BBQ now also has a store called Kosher Palate.

Their fresh grilled smoked meats, brisket, and BBQ chicken are probably gluten-fee, in addition to many of their menu items. You can call them for more information. Website and phone number: https://www.texaskosherbbq.com

What are the practical differences between north and south?

I see some info here from years ago, anyone have any recent info?
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

Word of advice: DFW is huge, like really, really, really flipping huge and it's a solid 10 minute shuttle from the rental car center to the terminals - keep this in mind when you are planning a trip.

If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

I'm assuming there's no kosher on Uber Eats that will deliver to DFW?
Best place to order takeout from in general?
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

-1

It's fewer than 17 miles and takes about 15-ish mins.

Best dishes from either?

2 nights ago at Meat Point

I cannot guarantee anything staying good over Uber Eats/DoorDash/Grubhub IMO food quality goes down like 75% when its not fresh.

Very helpful website:
https://www.dallaskosher.org/restaurants

Market & Aderet are closer to DFW (15-20 min) than the other resturants.

Market is not exclusively CY, ask what is CY or Parve, but very good. Make sure to check their weekly/daily specials on IG! Market burrito sounds like @Dan type.

Aderet is typical Israeli/Middle Eastern joint...pretty good for OOT! Solid shwarma, shnitzel, etc.

Meat Point is good as well. They don't always have everything available + they have some off menu specials. Short ribs are solid.

Smallcakes Cupcakery (CS) is worth checking out.

Tom Thumb (supermarket) has an all kosher bakery, small takeout and very good sushi.

Enjoy!
