Got a specific question for the experts:
I'm looking into booking a friend in coach for him and his wife, going EWR-YOW-FRA-TLV, on AC into Ottowa and LH the rest of the way.
The return is TLV-MUC-GVA all LH, stopping in GVA for a week and a bit, and GVA-EWR on CO.
My question is, that in "theory" what's the differences between booking from an elite account and non-elite. I'm assuming luggage MAY be an issue, but I'm not familiar with *A rules on that, and also the stopover MAY throw a monkey wrench into the whole thing.
So basically, on the itinerary listed, what's the luggage allowance difference between elite account and non, and also, are there any other perks of booking from an elite account (I believe seats may be, but I never saw that clarified as to what that meant).
