Long Delta CS wait time

Anyone else annoyed at the long delta wait times recently? Called yesterday and they said 3 hour wait, and today ain't much better with a 2 hour wait!

I also got a more than 3 hour wait time at approximately 6:30 PM a few days ago. I requested a call-back, and they called me at 1 something in the morning! Really a disaster.
