I haven't researched it, but did you google to confirm that a transfer-of-liability doesn't cause the grandfathered features to drop off the plan? IIRC that was Sprint's policy for TOL on grandfathered plans.

You would most likely need to take over these numbers - meaning, you will not be able to use your existing number.

$1200 is in addition to the monthly bill which is about $100 per line.

Given that just about every cellular company throttles data after ~20GB/mo I'm not sure who this deal makes sense for, they are doing just about everything they can to get customers to simply convert to the new plans

Even if this is true, they can change that rule tomorrow.
