Wow. Now there is absolutely no reason to stay with amex. The csr is way easier to redeem and the travel credit is more and simpler to use.

Now we know why there was suddenly a delay on the 50%, to minimize the ability to book lots of tickets before the change.

+1 I don't need to have the extra point in my account before booking with CSR. This was the main reason I picked this card as a keeper over CSR...oh well
