Australia would not allow me to bring in the MealMart meals. Officially the food has to be cooked in the container originally and they would not budge.

I've heard Iceland is extremely strict.  Is that the case? Can anyone give specifics?

I've had zero problem both times, and all other DDFers who've been report the same. Take the "nothing to declare" corridor and viola.

Are this list supposed to be talking official policy or actual enforcement?

Will any other musical instrument do the trick?  :D
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Mexico was fine with poultry products as long as made in US.  Israeli Turkey packages confiscated while Empire was fine for example.

DDF experiences of actual enforcement.
Taking the nothing to declare line doesn't necessarily mean it's not enforced.

+1. People bring all sorts of smuggled goods, currency, cigarettes, and other things through the nothing to declare line and don't get caught. If you do get caught, though, you're in trouble.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

Taking the nothing to declare line doesn't necessarily mean it's not enforced.

In Norway you're actually better off taking the declare lane and declaring a bottle or something (wine 36 NOK/bottle IIRC), if you're declaring it's much less likely they'll check your bags.

No restrictions in. Out falls into the US rule.
You sure? I had go fill out agriculture form and sign that I had no vegetables.

Even if they dont actually check, I imagine its a bad idea to lie on an actual signed form.
