$300 per item, 1K per card per year. So if you have an SPG card and a PRG card you'll only have 2k of total RP coverage, regardless of how many AUs you have on each card.

If you are unsure if an item qualifies for RP, then instead of asking for opinions here (slightly better than asking medical advice on facebook mind you), PUTPAC and ask the RP reps. You don't need to give your name or card info, just say you have an item or you will be buying an item and the store has a crappy return policy and want to make sure if there is a problem you can return it.

I've filed for airsoft toys and have gotten reimbursed. If airsoft toys are not considered firearms, I'd be surprised if paintball toys were to be.

I filed online for a printer as it past returnn period, then I got a call from AMEX and was told if the printer is not brand new/unopened then I  can't file for return protection, anyone else had this problem before. When asked I told amex the box was opened but I don't like the function of the printer. And AMEX suggest me to call regular customer service to dispute credit charge., isn't this weird??


All items filed for return protection has to be brand new in unopened/unused condition, or was I just lucky enough to get a special agent?

all have to be in new condition. You can open it but have to be able to repack it so it looks new. its in the terms. I called about a game once and they said its ok if it was opened but never used (like out of the shrink wrap).
