Go to the order page from amazon and print the invoice and fax that in.

Normal and they still may not ask for it back. Although I'm not sure why you all are so much if it's something you're trying to return anyway.

They didn't send me the pdf yet. They didn't close the claim yet and no refund. I just called them a min ago.

The problem is they want the receipt. I lied to them and told them I purchased 1 shoe when I indeed I purchased 3 shoes. Should I call them and  change the claim? Can I close this claim and open a new claim? I really need advice! Thanks! Really appreciate it!

So you told them the cost of a single pair of shoes was actually the combined cost of three pairs?...

start by not reposting the same comment, then be mekabel that you will never lie to steal again repeat it 40 times aloud promise to give money to kupat ha"ir (and try to be truthfull this time) then do 573 dunks in a mikva, put on a gartel, then call them and ask to adjust the amount of your claim

How will you explain that you gave them misinformation?

Were they all the same type of shoe? If so you can say you thought you only need to do 1. Regardless I think calling and saying you made a mistake and its the first time you filed a claim (if it is) and you want to adjust it.
Next time be honest. Also 37 Hail Mary's will help.

now i am mixed up. i thought you bought each pair for 43$ and you wanted to return one and said you paid 126, so you can either return all 3 for the 126 or adjust your claim to 43

I opened a claim for a textbook ($150) on 1/12, they requested a receipt on 1/13, I got confirmation they received the receipt on 1/15. Haven't heard anything since. Is this normal or should I call?
