Is there a chance of something getting approved if it's past 3 months. In the fourth month

Granted, although it's not my place to make that decision for someone else, I was just giving advice as to how best to get them to refund you.

As this is a public forum that is searchable and returns results on Google, giving advice that is against the law or blatantly against the terms of a something is not a good Idea. IMHO

I don't think I was giving advice that was against the law or against any terms, all I said was that if the date of loss was before 90 days than it should still be covered by return protection even if you file the claim past 90 days. What somebody does with that information is not my concern.

I purchased a bottle of whiskey and left it in the car over shabbos. It was pretty  hot that shabbos and due to the heat the cork popped out and my bottle spilled all over. Bh there was no damage  to my car as the bottle was sitting in the console, but I lost my bottle . So I filed a claim with purchase protection and they fully credited me!

they denied it because I had a $15 best buy gift card balance that was applied to my order, and they only cover if was paid in FULL using AMEX

Does anyone know if I can get that overturned by calling

Probably not, the only one who could possibly overturn it is the adjuster so you could try to get ahold of whoever that is on your case but I doubt they'll give it to you.

Definitionally, a monogrammed item is no longer in "new" condition.
