$300 per item, 1K per card per year. So if you have an SPG card and a PRG card you'll only have 2k of total RP coverage, regardless of how many AUs you have on each card.

If you are unsure if an item qualifies for RP, then instead of asking for opinions here (slightly better than asking medical advice on facebook mind you), PUTPAC and ask the RP reps. You don't need to give your name or card info, just say you have an item or you will be buying an item and the store has a crappy return policy and want to make sure if there is a problem you can return it.

My first post here, so I apologize for any errors.

So I have a dispute ongoing with Walmart wherein there system won't accept my Drone return since it was changed to store pickup instead of online order. So now instead of the 60 return period for online orders, store says its under 30 day return period and they won't accept return.

Drone costed me $420, so while I'm trying to get Walmart accept the return but I was wondering if I should file with Amex in the meanwhile. I'm just thinking if I have to ship it out to Amex, it will cost me even more.

Return it via mail. Call walmart.
 If a front line rep doesn't send you a label. Then push for a supervisor.
   That's nonsense, because you saved them money on shipping that they cut your return time frame.
  You shouldn't have to be busy with Amex, straighten it out with Walmart.

Thanks. I just wasted another 30mins with Walmart supervisor and they have now escalated it but I feel there would be more rounds of running around this.

Hence I was trying to file the RP claim but I was confused as to what is "DATE OF INCIDENT" that they have as mandatory field? They also have a "DATE OF RETURN ATTEMPT" which is understood and Date of Purchase was noted in the first page itself.

Just put the same date for both.
