$300 per item, 1K per card per year. So if you have an SPG card and a PRG card you'll only have 2k of total RP coverage, regardless of how many AUs you have on each card.

If you are unsure if an item qualifies for RP, then instead of asking for opinions here (slightly better than asking medical advice on facebook mind you), PUTPAC and ask the RP reps. You don't need to give your name or card info, just say you have an item or you will be buying an item and the store has a crappy return policy and want to make sure if there is a problem you can return it.

This worked, after I sent a screenshot of the return policy and a picture of the item, I did not need to send proof of request for return to the vendor.  Thanks!

"Please submit a status order with the return window from merchant"

You would think they would know that, lol. Anyway, sent on to them.

Perhaps in practice they do, but as the terms state "and the merchant won't take it back..." they would be well within their rights to deny such a claim.  I have never personally filed a claim in such a case though.

That is incorrect. They state clearly that they cover if the store will only give store credit.

Yep, it worked on June 15th evening but broken on June 16th morning and been down since then.

I just did a warranty claim over the phone. They said yes they have received notification that the web is not working.

I got denied for a watch as they are excluded in T&C but it seems some people were successful despite the exclusion. Is there any point or harm in trying again and maybe get lucky this time?

I would try sending them the return policy that  would indicate that they don't accept the return based on ur circumstances
