like the way you think lol --maybe they sell everything by the pound ( used clothing done that way )or give to charity and get goodwill and maybe a tax write off

puchased samsung 3 used on e bay was $200.00 using amex ,dropped the cell phone, screen cracked, filed online claim
they credited full amount no receipt requested didnt ask for cell phone either

ps still using it with the crack fully paid by amex

A few weeks after it came out I cracked my screen. It costed $180 to fix. I'd imagine its a lot cheaper now.

my daughter bought a pair of shoes for $99. small stone on heel fell off after first wear. Store gave a small credit -$19. Made a claim - I didn't include all info, they asked for make of shoe I wrote 'not sure.' And I didn't mention the credit- didn't find a place to do so. Still, they issued a FULL credit, no questions asked, forget about asking me to return the shoes!

just did return protection on a skirt my wife bought for $104, its the first time they asked me to fax in the receipt as they told me it's over $100,

b'h after a couple of days the claim was approved and amount credited!

I think they got tired of all my claims. The past 3 claims I made they sent back that they need additional information (ie receipts and more information). And two of them were well below $100...any suggestions of how to get them to like me again

. Does it reset in January?

This is beyond comprehension. I filed a claim for pins broken in charging port of my cell phone they asked for a Repair Estimate, Itemized Receipt and claim form. I sent everything got denied based on the problem that the description set forth by the Repair guy didn't conclude it was accidental damage and it was wear and tear which is not covered. So I requested a new repair form stating it was not wear and tear from the same guy. I sent the new one and they denied it saying that the address on the repair form is a residential address. This is totally insane what now?
