Hyatt vs Chase Ink Business Preferred

Greetings fellow DDFers,

Trying to decide between Hyatt vs Chase Ink Business Preferred and had a few questions:

-How long after completing spend on Hyatt can you get/use the 2 free nights? I'm on a tight schedule so this is pretty important. Can you call them once the spend hits and get it expedited?
-Given the 2 free nights @$2k spend vs 100k UR @5k spend (and an avail CSR for 1.5x travel redemption), which is a better deal? Does it pay to do Hyatt for a Cat7 Europe or USA property (no Maldives etc.) or will the UR path be wiser?

Hyatt nights are sell for $250 each, UR sells for 1.4
