Rav Heineman holds that all foil shavers are fine. (You should know that many hold just the opposite, though)

I've been using a Braun Shaver for the past 2 years, but I cannot seem to find my Shaver so I need another one!

Although do not rely on this as I did not hear from any of them directly

Looking to replace norelco shaver or shaver heads.

I ordered the HQ8 replacement heads on amazon but they came without 'lifts' in the conventional 'lift and cut'.
They seems to be genuine Norelco OEM product so I'm guessing the technology must have changed(?).
Norelco's website indicate these have been discontinued and replaced with SH50 (though HQ8 still seem available on amazon.com)

The http://www.koshershaver.org/ website no longer seems to be up/working. (always found that a useful resource in the past).

Anyone know whether the following is still good according to R' Dovid Feinstien zt'ls psak
--HQ8 (as is, as they don't seem to have the 'lifts')?
--removing the 'lifts' from the norelco lift and cuts (e.g. on HQ56 OEM heads), now called "super lift and cut"?
--SH30 "ComfortCut" replacement blades (I'm confused whether these have "lifts", Norelco customer service in the chat indicates yes, but no reference to that on the website)?

P.s. There are a lot of non-OEM products sold on amazon.com for these product items.

I was told by the person who used to own the kosher shaver site, that this 1 is kosher straight from the box.

Rav Dovid feinstein ZTL held that if lifts are removed it's ok to us...
The Norelco "comfort cut" and "close cut" don't have lifts

If it says "comfort cut" or "close cut" on the comb it's ok

lost my shaver and now i need to buy a new one.

any recommendations for something that is kosher straight out of the box. dont need attached trimmer as i use a peanut for that.
