Try the norelco 3100. I thought the entire power touch series didn't come with lift and cut, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Why would it be an issue the only issue is a razor to the skin

Isn't there an issue if it cuts below the skin? Not sure if that's the case here anyway

The issue as mentioned before, Is it a scissor or razor like motion so the machlokes is if the lifters actually lift the hair enough to make it a razor like motion or not

The 3100 is the highest model in the power touch series that doesn't come with lift and cut. I think it's ok out of the box, but please don't take my word for it.

yes but some hold to remove the lifters ALOR
