I’m trying to add a second bank account to my PayPal, and it’s giving me an error. Anything I could try before calling?

I keep getting emails from PayPal about their new program 'Honey', is anyone familiar with it? It is worthwhile?

It's not new, paypal just recently bought the company. It's basically a way for them to take the cash back you'd get from a shopping portal and in return they show you all the available coupon codes when you're checking out at on a website.

There's a new offer if you send it invoice over the next bit for $1,000 you can get back $30 in processing fees.

If you used CC via PP you’ll be able to see the transaction in your PP account, but the refund will go to the card you used.

Sorry for waking ppl up here on this dead thread...

PayPal account was hacked and then cashed out at a Walmart😱

PayPal claims they do not have any protection for in person transactions and claim they rely on Walmart's ID requirements. Practically though, ID is usually not actually required so once account is hacked it's pretty easy to withdraw.

Any recourse?
PayPal wouldn't even provide the location of the Walmart where the cash was withdrawn!

TIA
Update.
filed CFPB complaint and PayPal refunded me.

I manufacture in China and I pay my supplier with credit card with PayPal and I’m paying a lot of money on PayPal fees
even when sending to family friends option I’m still Pat a lot on fees

I was thinking if I uploaded on a debit gift card with a credit card and and add it to my paypal account if anyone knows if I will get away with the fees

Dan wrote something about paying taxes with some gift debit card avoiding the fee

if you have any ideas for me would be greatly appreciated thanks

You know the card issuers charge somewhere between 1.5 and 2 percent. So, that fee is basically unavoidable when paying with CC.

Am I the only one receiving random funds from Chinese people?
Not quote sure what this is all about? Got an email that I received money, but why?? I appreciate it, but why not leave a note to what it for?
