Only sort of. The firm is still getting paid while they find a new one. And the lawyer himself has only been removed from dealing with this client, not fired from the firm (at least from what I've seen).

I don't know how these things work, it could be they have to keep the firm on in the meantime, but it doesn't look great for the board.

I think this isn't a big deal, the guy looks like a typical worker bringing his stuff to the fedex truck. And he knows what's inside and obviously it's not fragile, or heavy. What do you think?
