In BP/Flatbush/Williamsburg no way the response is 4 minutes. The first volunteers are usually there in a minute.

It's probably an average but it really depends on the situation, most calls Hatzolah gets the seconds do not really make a difference

Called them once in the 5T on Shabbes for my daughter. Ppl showed up within 60 seconds. They looked at her and said they will need the car which was called and arrived within another minute. Really great ppl and experience.
