Always wondered what the ramp was for.

I had a friend in yeshiva who showed up one day to his room in our dormitory with a treadmill. I asked how he got it, he said I just found it in the garbage and brought it over on a bus. I asked him if the driver didn't mind he said, "No, he just made an extra nikuv in the cartisiya..." 

I'm also wondering why they can't make the ramps on the NYC Metro buses as simple as this one. Over here it's a 10 minute procedure, just so that everyone gets late to where they have to get to.

To be fair, if the ramp is actually as manual - and only in the back - as it looks in the video, that's a really stupid system for it's true intended use (people in wheelchairs). How the heck is the disabled person supposed to do that themselves?
